Members Charges

Ø travelling to your home or office to meet you including spending approximately 1 hour with you;

Ø going through your loan documents with you, explaining them and witnessing your signature(s);

Ø providing any necessary certificates to the lender regarding your identification;

Ø returning the documents to the lender or its solicitors;

Our members charge $400.00 (* Conditions apply) plus any applicable GST and you can pay the amount simply by signing an authority for your lender to pay the account at settlement.

* The charge of $400.00 plus any applicable GST (above) applies where the appointment is conducted at premises within 50km radius of the Melbourne GPO and providing the interview with the client is for no longer than 1 ¼ hours. As a guide, where an appointment is conducted at premises greater than 50km radius of the Melbourne GPO an additional charge of $1.00 per additional km radius is charged however, any variance to the fee based on the above description is at the member Lawyer’s discretion and is negotiable
